Make a Referral

Esther’s Haven works with local authorities, social workers and partner organisations to provide safe and supportive accommodation for young people transitioning into independent living.

We understand that referrals carry significant responsibility, and we are committed to making the referral process straightforward, transparent and responsive.

What We Will Ask For

To help us assess whether a placement is appropriate, we may request the following information:
• Basic details about the young person
• Current circumstances and support needs
• Any known risks or safeguarding considerations
• Relevant care plans or pathway plans
• Desired move-in timeframe

All information shared will be treated confidentially and in line with our safeguarding and data protection policies.

Our aim is to ensure every placement is safe, appropriate and supportive for the young person involved.
